My family is small but full of love and happiness. My family
includes myself, my boyfriend, his daughter, his son, and my dog. We are a
blended family and are still feeling our way through our designated roles and
responsibilities. We are all very close and thoroughly enjoy each other’s
company. We have all loved each other since day one. There was an instant click
and we have only continued to grow closer as days pass. Stereotyping has made
our lives very difficult but we have fought together, have stood tall, and we continue
to disprove the labels every day. Sharing our situation is always scary but we
are learning to disregard others opinions. We choose not to associate with
people who see me as a “wicked stepmother” or tell me I am not their “real mom”.
We also keep our distance with the people who stereotype my boyfriend as a “deadbeat
dad”. It is a shame the children have had to witness these judgmental people.
Jarah Elle is my pen name if you will. I will remain anonymous in case certain people are to stumble across my posts. I am in my mid-20s and will soon have two lovely step kiddos. I am finishing up my bachelor's degree and boy oh boy is that fun. I love to cook, be crafty, sew, and spend time with my man and kiddos. I also enjoy talking with fellow BONUS MOMS :)

WARNING!
Pardon my blunt attitude; some find it refreshing. I often do not censor myself but I am working on it. Is it just me or does it seems here is a legit stereotype of a "baby mama"? I mean really, why are these women like this? I just do not get it. Of course there is always an exception to a rule but I have not witnessed a sane biological mom (BM). Throughout the rest of this blog I will be talking about the psycho BMs, if you are offended maybe you should take a look at yourself.
